After many years as a designer in the aircraft industry, my love of travel within Australia and around the world and my interest in photography
capturing the sights visited, is what led me into painting.
My intent is to capture the atmosphere of places and expressions of people on canvas, from memories of our travel, using photos that I have taken, or
A combination of photos, to reflect the area visited.
I prefer to use oil or acrylic paint on canvas, the subject and light that I am painting determine the media that I use.
