Goodies on a Plate

These are some of my go to for deserts so I wanted to see if I could paint them. I loved the richness in their colours. It turned out far better than I expected it, it is a piece that would go in a kitchen or a Cafe.

I am an Illawarra based artist and my background is Interior and graphic design, this is evident in my paintings as I love bright colour, pattern and design. My other passion is in landscape and the freedom that the palette knife/credit card gives plus the use of bright clear colours which are my defining mark.
My florals are reminiscent of my graphic background with bold colours and even bolder outlines. I love the challenge of creating artworks using various mediums from inks, acrylics watercolour and the richness of oils.
