Artwork Description

Bridgewater Mill built in 1860 was used to grind grain into flour .
The creek which feeds water to the mill is surround by lawns which provide an ideal picnic spot.
The nearby Bridgewater Inn with its two level beer garden , is a nice stop off on your way home.

Artist Bio

Gilbert Harman.
Born in England moved to Zambia at 8 months old, moved to Australia worked for the SABN at 5KA. Subsequently moved to the ABC worked in production for roughly 40 years.

Painting for most of my life. Largely in oils both inside and on location.
