I am strongly influenced by colours of Matisse and Redon. My travels and work in the Pacific Islands & PNG has resulted in many exhibitions. I lived in far north Qld and travelled northern Australia & Kimberley with 22 of the paintings now in my book AUSTRALIA Images and Inspiration. My studio at Noosa North Shore adjoins Cooloola National Park and is set among tall melaleuca trees and waterlily lakes. The ever changing light on my lake inspires many paintngs. I often combine my love of the figurative with my landscapes resulting in my own unique style.
