A nude lingers at the water’s edge, a place where in Celtic folklore the physical world meets the spiritual. The patterns and colours of the forest create a decorative rhythm that feels both natural and otherworldly. The figure is a fleeting vision poised between contemporary visual language and ancient mythic memory. She enacts a ritual as old as the mountains. Even the rustle of leaves falls silent as the spirit of the land is tethered to the living pulse of the flowing water. Executed in acrylic on canvas, finished with white edges and a protective varnish, the work is signed and ready to hang.
