Grace McClymont is an artist who creates stylised paintings from sketches done from life.
Her endearing landscapes and character studies are sought after by collectors who relate to the Sunshine Coast landscape, and those who feel a connection to her characters.
She has had solo exhibitions in Brisbane, Toowoomba and the Sunshine Coast, and has recently been a finalist in the Local Artist Local Content art prize at Caloundra Regional Gallery.
Grace was born and raised in suburban Brisbane, spent her early adult life in Toowoomba and rural Queensland, and now lives with her family on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.
She completed a BA (Visual Arts) at QUT, studying in the Printmaking Studio.
