Triamon is the latest in my Mondrian inspired artworks. I have used complex structural triangles, squares, and rectangles to create this piece. I wanted the painting to reveal greater complexity the more it is admired. So at first you may simply see several triangles, but the more you observe the more shapes and structures will be revealed.
Working on such a minimalist piece is a real challenge. Every line, every colour, and every relationship needs to be planned, considered, and well-executed.
The artwork is painted with artist grade acrylic paints onto high quality Eraldo canvas. The sides have been painted, and I have very discreetly signed the front of the artwork. It is ready to hang.
Note the images showing the painting mounted on the wall are for illustration purposes only. The correct measurements are provided below. A handy way of determining just how this sized painting will work in your space is to use blue tack dots or masking tape on your wall to plot out the border of the painting. This method gives you a realistic impression of how the painting will fit on your wall
