Roller Derby - Sin Bin (Framed)

The colour and bold nature of roller derby makes for great subject matter for painting. This is the second in this series. A modern painting with a focus of a figure painted in a realism manner. This painting pops and will be a focal point on a wall and the figure sets up well against the bold yellow background.

Comes framed with locally made professional timber frame. Frame has not been stained so you can stain to match to your decor as required and is easily removable by screws at the rear or you can leave unstained.

With Tertiary education in Art, a successful award winning career in design, exhibiting at some of Melbourne's most interesting galleries the boxes are ticked.... But this is not an exercise in ticking boxes... painting stormwater drains as a kid in the 80s in Adelaide wasn't about box ticking, travelling to the Mojave desert to photograph what the American dream left behind wasn't about earning a dollar. I paint and photograph items, places and people that inspire and delight me. I create those images to show their beauty and that is delivered in a strong graphic nature be it through colour or composition.
