I have been an artist and designer for over 40 years, and throughout my career, I have been deeply inspired by nature, particularly birds. My love for nature and its intricate details has influenced my artwork in various mediums such as watercolor, colored pencils, and even photography. I find great joy in capturing the minute details and complexities of nature in my pieces.
The work of legendary bird illustrators from the 19th Century, like Gould, Audubon, and Lear, has been a significant source of inspiration for me.
Over the past 25 years, I have been fortunate to work full-time as an Artist, Creative Director, and Designer. During this time, my artwork has been showcased in multiple exhibitions, including a notable achievement of receiving a High Commendation at Brunswick Street Gallery's Click 19 Finalist exhibition in 2019. Additionally, one of my prominent Melchior pieces, "Grey-crowned Crane," has been selected for exhibition in the Chianciano Biennale at the Chianciano Art Museum in Italy, scheduled for August 2022.
Being an artist is a true privilege for me, and I always feel honored when my work is displayed proudly on the walls of my collectors.
