A painting from outside the the Il Calice bar in the wonderful atmospheric city of Bologna. Love the buildings and the cafes, just wanting to go back and travel again.
Greg Sage’s landscapes are rich in colour and beautifully detailed. Each work takes months to complete, every one is unique and based on direct observation or photographs that he has taken. There is something meditative when viewing his work, of a place and time that will never be repeated showing the transient nature of our place. Greg Sage has a studio on the Mornington Peninsula and his work reflects his love of this landscape and of his travels.
