Greg Donovan has been an exhibiting artist and teacher since 1978. His research and studio practice explores the connection between social inequality defined by space, cultural displacement and its representations.
Greg has exhibited both nationally and internationally including solo exhibitions and group exhibitions in Berlin, Germany and the Peopleโs Republic of China. He has works held in private and public collections, such as the Australian Government Artbank Collection, the Art Gallery of South Australia and internationally in the Guangzhou Academy of Fine Art Museum, PRC and the Yilan Museum of Art, Taiwan. He is currently an Adjunct Senior Lecturer and Postgraduate Research Supervisor in Visual Arts. Previously, he was postgraduate Program Director of the Master of Visual Art and Design programs; School of Art, Architecture and Design Portfolio Leader of Teaching and Learning and Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences Research Ethics Advisor, at the University of South Australia.
