Artwork Description

This is a painting of the Nogo River following a flood, with the shallow crystal clear waters at the G. S. Galloway bridge. This site is about a mile upstream from the Old Rawbelle homestead that was settled in 1848 by Adolphus Henry Trevathan. The grazing country is typical of the upper Burnett, Queensland. It is an oil on canvas, finished with white edges and a gloss varnish, will be signed and ready to hang.
