My artwork titled “Balance” portrays the power of showing up and carrying more than one role with grace and strength whilst still finding the space to nourish self.
A tribute to the enduring strength of women—the kind of strength that often goes unnoticed because it is so constant.
I was inspired by the poetry of Mary Oliver, particularly her gentle yet profound question: “Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?” That line echoes through this painting, a call to remember that in the midst of giving to others, we must never stop claiming space for ourselves. Balance honors that quiet, necessary reclaiming.
Painted using high quality paints on Eraldo Di Paolo canvas.
