My love for art started young ... I remember colouring outside the lines with my waxy crayons and being fascinated with the different hues spread across the white of my colouring book.

I ended up doing my Bachelors in Fine Arts and went on to do a Diploma in Graphic Design.

Sadly somewhere along the way of 'growing up', I stopped creating art, stopped having 'enough time' to do what I love ... I am changing that.

My favourite medium is watercolour but I also enjoy oil, acrylic and charcoal. My work varies hugely in subject matter, leaning towards the abstract/surreal kind .... and yes, I still enjoy colouring outside the lines.

I have been fairly private with my work with the exception of one or two displays at local community centres/cafe galleries.

While I love and appreciate the classics, I tend to draw inspiration from things in day to day life, like a brightly coloured pair of shoes I spotted on the train to an image that got stuck in my head while scrolling through my social media, to a myriad of thoughts that may swirl in my head at any given time.
