Symbols of time, of continents, of LGBTIQA+ such as circles with arrows, pyramids, dragons, yin and yang, stars, human faces can be seen in this work. As inherently from time immemorial, all over the world people have loved each other, lived together regardless of gender. However, some often cannot reveal the truth about themselves as they often still face the prejudices of society. The house with the traditional generations occupies the central point of the painting as well as their place in the social structure, other cells of LGBTIQA+ remain the edge of the picture.
Traditionally, families or relationships were between men and women of various ages. This is changing. LGBTIQA+ relationships have been recognized in some parts of the world but discrimination, stigmatization, and social disadvantage remains.
The basic and strong colors, the shapes becoming more prominent is an expression of the strong desire of the LGBTIQA+ community to be recognized and respected in every society.
The painting’s message is one of hope and emerging inclusiveness.
