Although having a lifelong interest in Art did not pursue this passion until 2004 after retiring from career in Medicine.
I live by the ocean on the shores of Sydney’s beautiful Pittwater; this incredible natural beauty wth ever changing weather,l tides and light informs and inspires my artistic practice. My most inspiring artistic influences are the works of Klee, Kandinsky, Seurat, Rothko and O’Keefe. My work explores colour and line in landscape, still life and abstraction. I also see to capture the power and intrigue of works in black and white.
I work in all media but at present am working in oils on linen and inks on watercolour paper
