Artwork Description

A favourite of mine from living in Melbourne Australia; is the iconic and historical Luna Park in St Kilda. The brightness of colour creates life, fun and fond memories of people who spent time in their childhood / youth. I've added my signatory mark (which sometimes appear on my paintings) include myself and my English Cocker Spaniel ‘ Honey’ in the foreground as well as adding my two nieces appearing in the bottom right hand corner.

This attractive artwork will add brightness and fun to any wall.

Read More About Luna Park:
The main historic features that capture in the painting of Luna Park include the iconic "Mr Moon" face and the flanking towers (built in 1912, restored 1999) at the point of entry; and the Scenic Railway (built in 1912), which is the oldest continuously operating roller coaster in the world. The people that surround Luna Park in this painting add life, fun and character to this famous social attraction of St Kilda. The park remains popular with children and their parents who have fond memories of the park from their youth.

Two velvet antique arm chairs positioned in front of a window with a view of an English countryside. Between the two chairs is a small coffee table with two cups of tea and tea pot. This painting is inspired by artist Kaoru Yamada; I was inspired to paint my favourite city of old town Gamla Stan, Stockholm. An imaginative view of Melbourne Victoria Australia from an aerial perspective through a naiive lens.A small painting that packs a punch. The hot pink velvet antique 3 seater sofa sits in the foreground of this painting; and is hugged by a large bay window which draws you to get lost in purple blossom of a large mature Jacaranda tree in the front lawn. The lawn is then enclosed by a cream picket fence. All looks very cute and inviting. Looks great as a wall piece or a standing ornament on any furniture piece.
