The Ganges River is considered a Hindu Goddess representing purification, wellness and benevolence. It is considered India's most sacred River. Devout Hindus visit the river daily to offer flowers and food to Ganga. They also drink the water and bathe in the river to cleanse and purify their sins.

Artist Bio

Helena is an emerging self taught artist with a passion for colour, vibrancy and intensity. Her main focus is on water and light and their interaction.
Helena lives in the South West suburbs of Brisbane Queensland and is a single mother and carer of her 17 yr old son with cerebral palsy.
Helena's inspiration is drawn from nature and the elements.
