This painting is all about depth, light, and perspective, with layered rectangular shapes creating a tunnel-like effect. The colors shift from deep emerald green on the edges to a soft, glowing green in the center, pulling you into the composition. The vertical brushstrokes add a textured, organic feel that balances the structured layout, creating a sense of flow and movement. It’s designed to feel meditative and immersive, almost like stepping into another space.

I was inspired by minimalist abstract art, especially the way artists like Mark Rothko and James Turrell use color and light to evoke emotion and shape perception. The green tones reflect a connection to nature—growth, calmness, and renewal—while the structured gradient brings in a more architectural feel.

With a background in architecture, I bring a unique, structured lens to my artistic practice.
