“Nature in all its beauty is life giving and inspirational...I can’t help but want to paint it.”

Currently living in outback Western Australia, I find myself constantly being pulled to paint earth’s creatures and its incredible flora and our cumulative divine relationship.
My process could be described as erratic and messy. Layers upon layers leave little remnants of past brushstrokes and marks...a little like nature itself. Colour pallette and subject matter often evolve along with seasons of change.
I love to explore mixed media options to provoke feelings to the viewer through a visual language with the intention of creating an immersive adventure.
Those moments of freedom and bliss we often find ourselves in amongst nature can sometimes be enough to sustain our soul for days even weeks so I aim to translate this on a canvas, collections of memories of how we felt and reminders of the gifts that await us.
