Miriam Hochwald is a Data Scientist and Painter. The artwork work explores a sense of movement, fluid and light within generative figurative abstraction. The commonplace impulse is at the center. An uncanny sense, quiet timeless serenity on the edge of an action. A place of contemplation and distanced reflection. Boundaries between the subjective, objective and collective are blurred. Familiar images and abstractions move lyrically within a pervasive alternate interval of time. Consciousness plays on the edge of rational thought and emotional perception.
