Holly employs a meticulous approach in her artistic process, diving into the intricate patterns and textures. She uses dot work, detailed line work, and collage to highlight the distinctive character of each bird.
“Nothing compares to the feeling of bringing these beautiful birds to life on the canvas. I’m obsessed with capturing every detail, every colour, every little nuance that makes each bird so unique.”
Her paintings are more than just art; they are a means of connecting deeply with art collectors and bird lovers alike. "The connection I feel with those who collect my work is incredibly fulfilling. Seeing their reactions and knowing that they find something special in my paintings makes me so happy."
She specialized in art during her Bachelor of Education degree and, in 2018, decided to dedicate herself to her art practice. Holly’s portfolio features original works, fine art giclée prints, and commissioned paintings. Her distinctive style has captivated collectors, building a steady following both in Australia and internationally. Recently, her work has been showcased in House and Garden UK, Home Design Magazine and 'SPARK' Bird Week exhibition.
