I miss you, goodbye

My paintings are my interpretations of songs, depicting feelings and memories they bring up to me. I listen to the same song during the whole process. I painted this one while listening to "Cowboys Don't Cry" by Oliver Tree.

Formerly a microbiologist and software developer, I rediscovered my creative spark after a decade-long hiatus, using art as a lifeline against depression. It is how I process the world with my autistic mind.

I create in the hope that others will connect with the depth of my creations, finding solace and meaning in the abstract.
