Indie is a Sydney based, multidisciplinary artist, making artworks spanning the mediums of painting, photography and sculpture. Primarily working with painting as her main focus, she plays with colour and tone to create images that hint of something more. Her geometric abstract pieces consist of the repetition of patterns that together form the idea of an image. Layered across the canvas, they become the building blocks of a memory, significant enough to have become inspiration for each piece. Her works reside in private collections across Australia and internationally.
Indie has exhibited in multiple group shows and has been a finalist in art prizes including, Bluethumb Art Prize 2023, The National Emerging Art Prize ACB Selects 2022, The Little Things Art Prize 2022, Art to Art Unearthed Art Prize 2022, Art Lovers Australia Art Prize 2022 and The Gallerist Emerging Art Prize 2021.
