Artwork Description

A twisty city full of charm and character!
Grey buildings lean in like curious onlookers, while one bold, colourful building struts its stuff like a peacock in a sea of pigeons.
A red tram winds through wobbly streets, and the curvy sidewalk is a ride in itself.

No people in sight—just you and this offbeat urban world, ready to stir your imagination.

Inspired by my love of travel and the beauty of standing out, this painting celebrates individuality, diversity, and the joy of being wonderfully weird in a world that often plays it safe. 🌆✨

Artist Bio

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
