Artwork Description

The inspiration behind “Tender Companions” comes from the special bond shared between humans and animals, the silent, mutual understanding often found in moments of closeness. The painting brings the tenderness of connection—where words are unnecessary, and emotions flow freely through soft gestures and trust.

The contrast of the vibrant dress and the white horse shows the balance between the energy we bring into the world and the grounding presence of nature and animals.

This piece is also a celebration of companionship and love—a reminder of the purity found in these special relationships. It’s inspired by the quiet beauty of cherishing those moments where nothing else matters but the bond you share with another being.

The woman’s long blond ponytail flows down her back as she leans toward the horse, her eyes gently closed, as if sharing a whispered kiss. Her vibrant dress, a mix of green and red with soft yellow shimmer, adds a lively yet delicate touch to her figure. Behind her, a black tree and red flowers frame the scene, providing bold contrast to the white horse, whose bright eyes and perky ears meet you with a sense of calm attentiveness.

The painting brings a sense of harmony and mutual trust, a fleeting yet deeply emotional moment. Measuring 100x130 cm, this acrylic piece on stretched canvas is signed and ready to decorate any space.

Artist Bio

From an early age, I was drawn to creative expression, discovering my passion for art as soon as I could hold a crayon.
I pursued this passion academically, earning a degree in Art Education in Ukraine, which laid the foundation for my artistic and teaching career.
After relocating to Australia in 2002, I continued to develop my practice and actively sought opportunities to exhibit my work.
I have since participated in various art prizes and exhibited in local galleries, while also sharing my knowledge through teaching, both in my home studio and within the school community attended by my children.
For me, art is more than a passion; it is a lifelong journey of exploration, growth, and connection. Through both my creative practice and teaching, I aim to inspire others to experience the joy and transformative power of art. My work has allowed me to engage with audiences locally on the Gold Coast and internationally, reinforcing my belief in creativity as a universal language that enriches lives.
