I am a contemporary artist based in Melbourne. My practice comprises the minimalist depiction of the landscape as well as the human body. I'm more interested in capturing the spirit of my subject rather than its representational portraiture. Most of my landscapes are inspired by the aerial perspective encompassing the inherent abstraction and overall impression of the place in terms of composition, design and colour. In other words I'm always in pursuit of "Genius Loci"
