Artwork Description

This artwork began as a 4hour live painting for audience and later continued to transform itself through several layers of paint to finally became this beauty.

It is inspired by my own experience when diving and coming across a female of Great White shark in NSW, Australia. The experience was amazing and it is something that is so very special and rare to happen, that I had to express it through art..

The Great White, apex predator - this painting is a tribute to the Beauty, that has been portrayed as a beast. Misunderstood, killed and hunted, instead of being given a Respect. Now , this shark is one of the most rare sharks in the oceans.

This artwork is very energetic, with expressive brushstrokes and colours. It is definitely a must have for any ocean lover, and someone who is not afraid to acknowledge a purpose of sharks and their right to live freely in the oceans.

Artist Bio

I am a professional artist with a vision of bringing beauty and waking up power and emotions through my creations. My main source of inspiration comes from the underwater world of our oceans, the nature, the mystery of this existence and all living creatures (including humans ;) ). I am originally from Czech Republic, but with a strong polish background I am a mix of two cultures who wanted to became a mermaid. For me creating art is not my work, but it is a reason why I was born, my gift. Ideas for paintings come daily, though my experiences and my dreams. My favourite medium is oil paint - in my opinion this medium really speaks through, and changes the painting to become alive. However I also use other materials to help creating an atmosphere and background. There is a lot colour of my artworks, which for me represents emotions and dynamics, same with the brush strokes that brings up the right energy and passion. My journey is only at the beginning but I am very excited where it leads.. Thank you for appreciating my art.
