Artwork Description

I have always loved shells, how balanced they look, the colours and different shapes... I also wanted to attempt for realistic expression of this particular shell of Nautilus. Nautilus is believed to have the sacred geometry engraved in the structure of the shell... so for me it's a spiritual piece.

Painted on the dark background just gives the shell a better pop. Even though the dark background cover a lot of the wooden board, in the contrast there's beautiful blues and touch of pink and purple to enjoy :)

I feel that this art piece can bring something magical to the space of any room...

Artist Bio

I am a professional artist with a vision of bringing beauty and waking up power and emotions through my creations. My main source of inspiration comes from the underwater world of our oceans, the nature, the mystery of this existence and all living creatures (including humans ;) ). I am originally from Czech Republic, but with a strong polish background I am a mix of two cultures who wanted to became a mermaid. For me creating art is not my work, but it is a reason why I was born, my gift. Ideas for paintings come daily, though my experiences and my dreams. My favourite medium is oil paint - in my opinion this medium really speaks through, and changes the painting to become alive. However I also use other materials to help creating an atmosphere and background. There is a lot colour of my artworks, which for me represents emotions and dynamics, same with the brush strokes that brings up the right energy and passion. My journey is only at the beginning but I am very excited where it leads.. Thank you for appreciating my art.
