Artwork Description

Mixed Media on stretched canvas, ready to hang.

Signed on the front.

Running Waters - celebrating the recent rains that have eased the drought in some areas of Australia. We love to hike and have spent some time in the last few years exploring the hills, lakes and mountains in the Murrindindi Shire. This painting was inspired by those areas, with the lakes and dams surrounded by the huge hills there.

The painting has been made using artist quality acrylic paint, pastels, and pigment ink. The gallery wrapped edges have been painted so there is no need to frame the painting, it is ready to hang as is.

Signed and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.

Pink, blue, deep maroon and grey mountains under a white skyA dreamy, abstracted view of a rainforest canopy, in deep teal, pale greys and whites.Large hills, grey in the morning light, with a few dark tree silhouettes and mist rising from the valley. A pale pink cloud hangs above and some green is also showing, a promise of the colour of the new day.A colourful modern abstract painting in pastel pinks, pale blue, grey & white. Reminiscent of a view through a gate into a flower garden.
