Watercolour on paper
Signed on the front.
The fallen leaves that we often pass by without a second thought, sometimes creating a carpet underfoot. Whilst lush and glossy whilst alive, each dropped branch takes on a second life once fallen that is just as beautiful if notice is paid.
I acquired this branch on a quiet Sunday morning, out strolling the local surrounds with my family. The palette is reminiscent of your hands cupped around a fresh tea or coffee as you while away the early hours of the day.
