This is an original abstract painting on canvas and framed in natural oak, ready to hang on your wall.
Inspired by the shimmer and calm of life under the sea, this artwork captures the feeling of being immersed in underwater light. Layers of ultramarine, dark blue, aqua and white shift gently across the surface, evoking the fluid beauty of life beneath the waves.
The circular, organic forms allude to cellular structures, bioluminescent organisms, and delicate underwater worlds as a poetic meeting of art and science. Viewers often describe a sense of peaceful weightlessness, as though floating among drifting jellyfish.
A celebration of the ocean’s vitality, vulnerability, and quiet wonder.
What I enjoy most about my paintings is the connections people make the them.
”I feel like I am gently floating like jelly-fish” is a lovely comment I so often receive from this series.
Each unique piece brings a sense of calm wonder to its space — a reminder of the ocean’s quiet strength and the delicate beauty that connects all living things.
