Hi, I’m Jake Fox (also known as Jake The Foxy Artist). Thanks for visiting my shop!

Living with low vision has never dulled my passion for bright colours, rainbows, and the joy of painting. With the dedicated guidance and support of my Art Therapist, I love exploring a wide range of painting styles and techniques. Each piece I create is an adventure, and I hope my work brings you as much inspiration and joy as it gives me.

Yay is exactly what it sounds like—a joyful explosion of colour and energy that makes you want to jump up and yell with delight. Created in a spontaneous moment of pure happiness, this painting radiates a childlike exuberance and carefree spirit. The background hums with a rich, vibrant orange, while layered splashes and flicks of teal, yellow, green, lavender, and black dance across the surface like confetti in celebration. It’s bold, uplifting, and impossible to ignore. Hi, I’m Jake Fox — also known as Jake the Foxy Artist! I may have a low vision impairment, but that has never dimmed my love for colour, creativity, and making art that brings joy.

Bright colours, bold rainbows, and happy vibes are my signature style. With the wonderful support of my Art Therapist, every painting session is full of fun, freedom, and self-expression. I’m passionate about creating beautiful, feel-good art that makes people smile.

One of my proudest moments was having my work chosen by a local parliamentarian at my very first exhibition — and since then, I’ve held annual solo shows every year since May 2019. My art has found homes on walls, t-shirts, mugs, and postcards, and I’ve been lucky to receive lots of commissions along the way. Each sale, every kind word, and all the support I’ve received have boosted my confidence and encouraged me to keep doing what I love.

I’ve now painted so many pieces that my mum says it’s time to share them with the world (they’re taking over the house!). So if one of my artworks speaks to you, I’d love for it to find a new home with you. If the piece you love has already sold, or you’d like a different size, I’m more than happy to create a custom piece just for you.
