Magnetic body orange and blue

This artwork depicts a pattern in the colours blue and orange which is both abstract and formal. It defines what I thought to be a colour study into magnetism of colour especially those which contrast such as blue and orange, and the body in the centre is both metaphoric and symbolic of magnetism in colour theory. It rolls onto the eye and cuts angles through our vision.

The pattern both repeats and is organic. This adds to the perception of the piece as abstract and representative of its title.
