Artwork Description

This vibrant abstract piece powerfully conveys the dynamic scene of Montgomery Reef at low tide, when water gushes from the reef system in a series of powerful waterfalls. This unique ecological drama has been translated into a dance of colour and texture. The vast sun drenched rock formations that are exposed by the receding ocean are a place of lively water patterns, contrasting with the sheer force of the tide. This piece captures an extraordinary natural phenomena.
