Kingscliff Northern NSW has been my home with my family for the past 10 years. We tried Tree Life and moved to an old dairy farm in Gippsland Victoria with my husband, and left the kids behind, (now all grown up :). With 200 acres of lush green rolling hills, shared with the local dairy cows, the inspiration to paint was endless. I had a studio set up in the old milking shed which was heavenly. I have been to numerous workshops in Northern NSW and here in Victoria, where I have learnt from my favourite artists.
We have since moved back to Northern NSW where I am enjoying the warm climate and the sea once again. Inspiration to paint is around every corner so I am now dusting off my brushes and getting back into the swing of creativity.
I am now finding my own style, and while it does change from time to time, I love to explore imperfect impressionism, which is my own term for my work. I love loose brush strokes primarily, and experimentation with colour. Not all my visions work, but the ones I am happy with, will make it to this site, where hopefully, someone else with enjoy.
Dogs at my feet, and ready to create!
