Jay is a Narungga and Kaurna multidisciplinary artist whose creative practice spans across digital Aboriginal artwork, painting, public art, film, cultural storytelling and visual design. Her work is deeply connected to Country, culture, spirit, community and identity, drawing inspiration from the colours, movement and energy of Guuranda/Narungga Country.
Jay’s current body of digital print artworks brings together story, spirit and place, creating pieces that honour First Nations knowledge while sharing powerful messages of belonging, resilience and cultural connection. This collection came about while filming her documentary Tracks of The Unseen – Lost Roads to Cultural Gatherings, a project that continues to inspire her creative exploration of ancestral pathways, community memory and connection to Country.
