Inspired by Klimt and incorporating the use of realism and non-realism together. This is part of a series (Head Space) of a person in their thoughts at a place where they feel like they would like to be. The face is done in realism and what surrounds her in her thoughts is stylized into flat areas of colour. This is mainly Oil paint with touches of acrylic gold. Painted on Birch-wood with pine cradle, All wood has been sealed front and back. Certificate supplied.
