Gas Light

Just love colours. In Queensland the poinciana and the jacaranda trees are just coming into flower. The purple and the red Leaves are totally beautiful. These colours are my favourite to paint with.

I live in the beautiful city of Brisbane and have done so for the past 25 years. I have travelled extensively over that time and have seen some wonderful places. I spent 6months travelling the Mediterranean and Europe and sketched the whole way. On returning home I decided to try painting. I studied at BIA in Windsor for 3 years loving every minute of it. I paint in acrylic because I love the brilliant colours I can get. I am constantly trying new ideas and different mediums another favourite is pastels .
