Butterfly Circle

I was sitting talking with a friend in the backyard when several Common Yellow Garden Butterflies began dancing in a circle right beside us. They stayed there so long that we stopped talking and just watched them. They reminded my friend of his mother. It was most unusual and quite astounding.

An artist is a vehicle for art. The inspiration comes, especially when you seek it, and away you go creatively. When the art is finished, you know.
I paint flowers and birds, all the nature around me in Byron Bay, Australia. I have had commissions and sold paintings to those who have seen them in my home gallery. I make cards from the paintings which travel all over the world..
My bright colours are bringing happiness to people.
I have written and illustrated eight children's picture story books, eg The Messenger and The Little Tree and six of them were available for loan all over Australia through the Richmond Tweed Library.
