This is an acrylic painting I did in 2022, it's about an inner journey and transformation one has to take as an individual. We are all alone in the universe, we are born alone and we die alone, this painting signifies the journey into solitude and overcoming/facing personal difficulties before finally reaching the point where tranquility, peace, refuge and peace arise. This is symbolised in the insect the butterfly known for it's metamorphasis, the mountains are representative of the individuals journey through difficulty, the idea is that he has walked through these mountains to be where he is now. The painting comes with the frame.
