Jay is a Brisbane-born creative and a passionate mental health advocate. Diagnosed with bipolar 1 disorder, Jay finds solace and strength in the world of art. Her artistic journey has been driven by a passion that serves as a lifeline through every episode.

Jay’s unique artistic style serves as a raw reflection of her heart and soul. Each canvas becomes a portal into her world where emotions are freely expressed and explored. Every artwork on canvas is akin to a journal entry, offering viewers an intimate glimpse into Jay’s psyche and creativity.

Art is a form of escapism for Jay and she has learnt how to harness the power of her emotions on canvas to help fight her ongoing mental health battles in a healthy way. Jay invites you into her world to witness the transformative power of creativity in motion on canvas.
