Faultline Vein

This work explores the moment where a calm surface gives way to something more elemental beneath.

A restrained white field is interrupted by a single fractured form, revealing a vein of gold that feels unearthed rather than applied. The composition draws on geological processes, erosion, fault lines, and natural rupture, translated into a contemporary, architectural language.

The piece is intentionally minimal, allowing negative space to play an equal role to texture. From a distance it reads as quiet and refined; up close, the surface reveals raw edges, depth, and material tension.

Created as a one-off original, this artwork is suited to modern interiors, architectural spaces, and collectors drawn to understated yet tactile statement pieces.
