Jeanie Hancocks is a Canberra based artist who graduated from the ANU School of Art in 2004. She exhibited locally for several years before moving abroad to live in Paris and Sri Lanka, where she immersed herself in the local culture and broadened her capabilities as a visual artist.
Jeanie's work brings together myriad influences that reflect where she has been, what she has seen, and how these influences impact her psyche, as expressed through her art.
Through a subtle language of flowers, Jeanie explores the universal, and the organic.
