I am a painter living near the Murray River at Howlong. Originally from Melbourne, I have had numerous exhibitions and won prizes in shows such as the King Valley Art show and Camberwell art show. I paint and draw every day especially landscape and figure painting. Many different media appeal to me for their various qualities. The environment and its preservation are a constant theme, as is the beauty of nature, animals, birds and of the human form as well. Line, movement and spontaneity are key to my enjoyment of painting and drawing. I paint original works and do not repeat a design as many artists are tempted to do.
