It’s SALE time!!! I have too many paintings and am running out of room in my house to store them all. So, I’m lowering the prices on most of my work so I have more room to make more!

I wanted to explore the moods, the depth, the feeling of light after the dark. After the summer we had in Australia - from drought to fires then floods, this painting represents the growth after nature starts to heal. When we face hardships, we can either rise from the depths or shrivel in defeat. Even the earth knows to grow after the flames have subsided.

"Rise" is a richly textured and dreamy piece - showing layer upon layer of hidden color and images. It's a piece that impacts a room and makes a bold statement - yet soft enough to not overpower.

I've included an image of RISE hangind in my own home. I have a 'pod' room that is my relaxation space. It's my escape and filled with my favorite and most cherished items. Rise is so soothing .

This painting has been beautifully framed in an ash frame with a shadow-line detail. The edges of the canvass have been blended prior to painting.
