Little Budgie

This pen and ink illustration is a portrait of one of Australia's most loved pets -
the Budgerigar.
This particular piece is of one of my personal pets - Sebastian. He was a randy, cheeky little fellow, very clever and always up to mischief.
A cheerful little bird, Budgies may be small but have huge personalities - just like most Australian birds, which is one of the reasons I hold our local native bird life so dear.
The piece is completed in black pigment ink on smooth crisp white acid free paper and mounted on foam board ready to frame.
A4 size it will fit many styles of off the shelf frames - no need for expensive framers.
