Synergy

The fire and the lava represent the conflicting needs of each partner despite which they find a synergistic solution. When faced with conflicting needs, several approaches can be used to achieve a win-win or synergistic solution. These could be satisfying both needs simultaneously, in sequence, in parts and so forth. Practicing such techniques helps maintain harmony in a relationship.

I have spent much of my life painting, using it as an avenue to express my thoughts and ideas. I am interested in and inspired by the power of human relationships, emotions and general workings of the mind, and I am keen to bring these ideas together through my artwork. I feel that by engaging people through art we can enhance human interactions and well-being in a positive way.

I particularly enjoy painting with oils as this allows a moment to reflect and time for ideas to develop.
