Artwork Description

These rocks, their placement relative to the landscape and the shadows they cast in the morning light in a field in Margaret River had me itching to paint it. I wanted to create texture in the surface of the rocks against the soft grass that cushioned them and give an overall warmth to the painting that I felt taking in the vista.
