Artwork Description

This is a view down one of the tracks leading to Yallingup beach in south west of WA. the dappled light through gnarly weather worn Melaleuca trees captured my interest and I decided to do another painting of this same location. The textures and movement hopefully making the viewers eyes dance along the path to the turquoise ocean.

Jill Bryant is a West Australian artist, based in Fremantle. Jill inspired by the colours‚ textures and emotive elements of everything around her making her work extremely varied. Her passion for art started at a very early age and has continued to grow along with her skills awarding her with Dux of her year in two art institutions during her years of art education. Although a qualified Graphic Designer her real love is for painting‚ both in impressionistic and abstract forms.

The watercolour medium never ceases to captivate her and has moved her to push the boundaries producing stunning watercolour abstracts and impressionist works.
